Signing up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points. Simply create an account by clicking here and enter your name, email, and password. It’s free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails with insider access to sales, promotions, and all of our newest drops. You will also be automatically enrolled if you make an online purchase from our website, www.herocosmetics.com, and opt in to the program when you create a program account to access your rewards.

Membership is available to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and the age of majority to participate.

Simply log into your account and click on the Rewards section! From there, you can view your rewards balance, points activity, ways to earn, and available rewards.

There are a few ways you can earn points as a member. You can earn points by making purchases on our website or engaging in Program activities, like leaving product reviews, completing Skin Squad missions or quizzes, starting a product subscription or following us on social media.

You will earn points for every $1.00 you spend on our website. Members of the Skin Ace will earn 1 point for every $1.00 spent and members who have advanced to The Glow Pro will earn 1.5 points for every $1.00 spent. Points earned for dollars spent do not include taxes, shipping and handling charges and any other fees associated with your purchase.

Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier! Simply add the reward product you want to your cart by clicking the 'Redeem' button to redeem points for your chosen reward. Rewards can be added from the rewards page, the rewards section of your account page, or in your cart.

No, program points do not expire.

Your membership tier is determined by the amount you spend. Once you are in the Glow Pro tier, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you earned the tier.

To reach the Glow Pro, you must spend $75 or more (excluding taxes and shipping fees) in a rolling year (i.e., a 12 consecutive month period). Once you qualify, you will instantly move up and have access to that tier's perks through the rolling year from the date you earned the tier.

Once you are in The Glow Pro, you will be in that tier for one rolling year (i.e., for the 12 consecutive month period) from the date you earned it.

20 points = $1 dollar in rewards.

Higher tiers in the VIP tier program earn more points at a quicker rate, but 20 points will always equal $1 dollar. For example, as a base level The Skin Ace, you will earn 1 point for every dollar you spend. So, if you spend $20, you'll earn 20 points (which equals $1 in rewards).

When you move up to become The Glow Pro, you will be earning points1.5x as fast. So if you spend $20, you'll earn 30 points (which equals $1.50 in rewards).

Once you are in The Glow Pro, you will be in that tier for one rolling year (i.e., for the 12 consecutive month period) from the date you earned it.

Double-check you were signed into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest or use an email address that is not associated with your account. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points or, if you do check out as a guest, to earn points you must check out using the email address associated with your account. If you checked out as a guest or used a different email address in error, contact us by email at support@herocosmetics.com or here to help apply your points to your account. You also won’t receive points if you return your purchase or your purchase is canceled for any reason. Please note that any points you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your point balance.

Yes! The first thing to note is that there may be a delay in our systems communicating and points could take anywhere from minutes to several hours to appear in your account. However, if you feel like you have earned points but they are not showing up in your account you can also troubleshoot it with these tricks:
1. Try to refresh your browser.
2. Try to log out and then back in to your account.
3. Check your reward activity in your rewards account to see if the points were added without you realizing it. Your balance acitivity will show you the number of points earned, how and when they were earned, as well as any redemptions of points made on your account.

If you still feel like your points balance is not accurate you can contact our team here and they will look into the issue for you.

Referred friends must be a first time customer in order for both of you to receive the referral rewards. In addition, the referral must be initiated through our rewards referral box on this page or through your account.

Your referred friend must make a first-time online purchase of $39 or more (excluding taxes and shipping fees) to receive a $10 discount off their purchase. Points will be added to your account as soon as your friend completes their qualifying purchase.

When this happens you will receive an email letting you know that one of your referrals made a purchase using your code and that a reward was added to your account. You can also check your balance activity within your account to see a list of any points that you have received for referrals.

As The Glow Pro, your free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout – just remember to make sure you're signed in! Please note free shipping applies only to domestic ground shipping within the 50 US and the US territories.
