What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day return policy. If for some reason you did not love your Hero product, we are here to help! Please email us at support@herocosmetics.us with your order number and reason for return and our team will get back to you to start the process. You will receive a prepaid shipping label for returns. Returns will be refunded the purchase price (minus original shipping).

Can I do an exchange?

While we do not have a direct exchange program, we are always here to help get you a product you'll love! We can help you return any product within 30 days of purchase. Email us at support@herocosmetics.us for all exchange inquiries.

Where is my refund?

Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
