No. Subscriptions are already discounted at 20% and we do not allow discounts to be combined.
Does a subscription include free shipping?
If your subscription is over $35, it will qualify for free shipping.
I have enough patches! Can I delay my next subscription?
Absolutely! Simply log into your account and click the “Manage My Subscriptions” button at the bottom of the page. From here, you can choose to delay a shipment, change shipment frequency or ship your package earlier. Need help? Email us at support@herocosmetics.us.
What is your subscription cancelation policy?
We ask that you allow for two renewals of your subscription before canceling. You can cancel by logging into your account and going to Manage My Subscriptions. You can also email us and we're happy to help out!
You can only choose one type of subscription frequency for the same product.
