Shipping

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    • After placing your order, please allow for 2-3 business days for processing, prior to shipment. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Depending upon your selected ship method, domestic orders typically arrive within 4-7 business days after shipment.

  • How do I track my order?

    • You will receive an email with tracking information after the package has shipped.


    • Do you offer free shipping?

      • Yes! We offer free domestic standard shipping to the lower 48 states for orders over $35.


          •  Do you ship internationally?

            • We are no longer shipping internationally on the US site. You can find our international options including Canada and the UK here. 


            • Can I cancel or change my order once it is placed?

              • Unfortunately we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed, as our warehouse begins processing them immediately. 

             

            • An item is missing from my order!
              • If you are missing an item or receive the wrong item, please email us at support@herocosmetics.us and we'll be able to help out. 

             

            • I haven't received my order

             

              • If you purchased directly on our website
                • Look up your tracking number: Please check the tracking number that was sent to you when the order shipped. If you can't find this email, the very first confirmation email for your order will have a link to an order status page.
                • It says delivered: We've heard from many customers that a package will be marked as delivered but not actually show up until a few days later. If it's possible to wait a few days longer, it may show up!
                  Also, please check your porch, doors, mailboxes, etc; anywhere a carrier may have left it. Sometimes carriers will leave packages behind bushes if they're afraid of theft. 
                • Still nothing: Reach out to us with your order number and we'll see what we can do! 

             

            *Please reach out within 30 days if you have not received your order. Beyond that, tracking may no longer work and it is difficult to determine what happened with your order. 

             

              • If your purchased on Amazon.com or Target.com:
                • These items were likely fulfilled by Amazon or Target so you'll need to follow up with them. You can do so by referencing their confirmation emails or checking out your Account page on those sites.
